The Naco Sanitary District will hold a meeting at the NSD office, 1326 W. Highway 92, Suite 13 at 10:00 AM on Friday December 5, 2025.

Old Business
Discussion and possible approval of the NSD Minutes for 11/07/2025.
Discussion of legal services. Dennis Fitzgibbons of Fitzgibbons Law will meet NSD at our office next week.
Discussion of the status regarding USDA, NADBank and WIFA grants and loans. Impact of federal government furloughs and shutdown. Sierra Kubicki of RCAC is assisting NSD with our SEARCH grant and our next USDA grant: a Preliminary Planning Grant
NSD will need to drill two new Monitor Wells. MW#2 andd MW#3 have to be drilled deeper, since the aquifer is now is at 120 feet, while the well bottom is 125 feet. NSD continues to provide ADEQ accelerated testing for nitrates at Monitor Well #1.
New Business
Discussion and possible approval of an IT Administrator for NSD. This will include an administrator for SAM.gov, USDA, WIFA, grants.gov. , the NSD website and Google workspace. The IT administrator will also provide minutes from the meetings as necessary.
Discussion of NSD letter to the Cochise County Board of Supervisors.
Public Comments
Public comment will be limited to 3 minutes. State statutes prevent Board members from responding directly to public comments or questions. The board may, at it’s own discretion, place the topic on a future meeting agenda for discussion.
