The Naco Sanitary District will hold a meeting at the NSD office, 1326 W. Highway 92, Suite 13 at 5:00 PM on Friday Septermber 8, 2026.

Old Business

Discussion and possible approval of the NSD Minutes for 8/07//2026.

Discussion of the status regarding City of Bisbee, USDA, NADBank and WIFA grants and loans.

Discussion of monitor wells, ongoing accelerated monitoring due to nitrates and coliform exceedences, and their current status.

New Business

Consent agenda discussion for Ripple LLC’s invoices regarding the flowmeter repairs, the invoices for Central Analytical Services site testing, and discussion and possible approval of the Site Manager’s invoice from August 8 to August 31.

Discussion and possible approval of a charge of $.25 per page for records requests.

Review of NSD site operator Ronald Jacobsen’s job performance and current management.

Discussion and possible approval of a 10 percent salary increase for NSD site operator Ronald Jacobsen, from his current salary of $2500.00 to $2750.00 per month

Public Comments

Public comment will be limited to 3 minutes. State statutes prevent Board members from responding directly to public comments or questions. The board may, at it’s own discretion, place the topic on a future meeting agenda for discussion.
