The Naco Sanitary District will hold a meeting at the NSD office, 1326 W. Highway 92, Suite 13 at 5:00 PM on Friday August 7, 2026.

Old Business

Discussion and possible approval of the NSD Minutes for 7/10//2026.

Discussion of the status regarding City of Bisbee, USDA, NADBank and WIFA grants and loans.

Discussion of monitor wells, ongoing accelerated monitoring due to nitrates and coliform exceedences, and their current status.

Discussion and possible approval for lightning suppression for the flowmeter.

Discussion and possible approval of an independent contractor agreement for Mr. Charles Behney to provide services for NSD as Site Manager, including office and technical assistance. Vice Chair Stephen Dey will preside, and Chair Mr. Behney will recuse from this agenda item.

New Business

Discussion and possible approval of a revised debt authorization resolution with the Water Infrastructure Finance Authority (WIFA) for matching funds regarding the Preliminary Engineering Review with Kimberly-Horn.

Public Comments

Public comment will be limited to 3 minutes. State statutes prevent Board members from responding directly to public comments or questions. The board may, at it’s own discretion, place the topic on a future meeting agenda for discussion.
