1. Discussion and Action – Set Meeting Dates, Times, Locations and Agenda Posting Locations.

2. Discussion and Action – Agenda Preparation Process

3. Discussion and Action – Establish a Recruitment and Selection Process for a District Clerk and Bookkeeper. Consider a temporary CPA to obtain the NSD financial accounts and billings.

4. Discussion and Action – Necessity to review services provided to the District by Sherry Martinez

5. Discussion and Action – Consider a temporary attorney for NSD. Establish a Process to seek Legal Counsel for Naco Sanitary District

6. Discussion and Action – Discuss the process to retrieve District Property from the Cochise County Board of Supervisors Office.

7. Potential Future Agenda Items – the Board will not discuss the items listed below, but will schedule them for an upcoming agenda. Directors may add to this list during the meeting, but shall not discuss or take legal action on any item listed below.

• Recruitment and Selection of Personnel;

• Review and potential update to District bylaws;

• Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) Consent Order
