Sierra Kubicki of RCAC continues to NSD with the pending SEARCH grant and the USDA grant: a Preliminary Planning Grant<\/span><\/p>\n Discussion of monitor wells and their status.<\/span><\/p>\n New Business<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n Discussion of and possible approval of legal services. Dennis Fitzgibbons of Fitzgibbons Law met with Mr. Behney and Mr. Garren and has submitted a Letter of Engagement for NSD legal services.<\/span><\/p>\n Discussion and possible approval of Tanner Well Services becoming the NSD preferred vendor for wells and well maintenance.<\/span><\/p>\n Public Comments<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n Public comment will be limited to 3 minutes. State statutes prevent Board members from responding directly to public comments or questions.
